    Job description:

    As an Industrial  Business Development Manager in our industry division you are responsible for finding and cultivating new business opportunities and facilitate growth within a very strong base of existing accounts. You will be part of the European sales organization and you will be directly supported by the local customer service. You develop, together with the European sales team, the customer portfolio and strategy.

     

    Requirements:

    • Good knowledge of the Polish and Baltics radiator market on regional and national level is a must;
    • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position working for the international aftermarket supplier/automotive distributor as an account manager or in product management

    What will you be doing?
    You are an outside automotive technical trainer for our automotive division. You can obtain and create a data base of independent automotive garage workshops. You deliver customer support via on-site warranty analysis with in-depth knowledge of vehicle systems. You will be part of our technical team and you are directly supported by our technical director.     Quality Engineer

    Your duties as a Quality Engineer are:

    > Managing, analyzing, assessing and settling customer complaints in consultation with the internal organization
    > Identifying improvement needs, drawing up improvement proposals and ensuring the full and timely execution of initiated improvement actions
    > Implement and guarantee (customer) specific quality requirements at suppliers and the internal organization
    > Organizing and carry out internal quality audits and propose measures based on these audits
    > Guiding external audits and inspections
    > Supporting the maintenance of the quality management system
    > Quality assurance in our production and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions concerning quality issues.

    What do you bring as a Quality Engineer?

NRF staat van oudsher bekend om de productie van radiateuren, maar is uitgegroeid tot een leverancier van een compleet assortiment motorkoeling- en airconditioning onderdelen. NRF heeft wereldwijd verkoop-, distributie- en productielocaties en is onder meer gevestigd in Nederland, Frankrijk, Spanje, Italië en Polen.|

    Functieomschrijving
    Als expeditie medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten verlopen van binnenkomende en uitgaande zendingen van ons Warehouse in Milsbeek. Dit houdt in dat je constant bezig met het schakelen tussen customer service, vervoerders. Je bespreekt samen met de international transport specialist de contracten en prijsafspraken van vervoerders en stemt dit af met het Warehouse.

    Je komt in een team met twee andere expeditie medewerkers die al vele jaren binnen NRF ervaring hebben. De bedoeling is dat je binnen het team een coördinerende rol opneemt en bijspringt en ondersteunt daar waar nodig is.

    Jouw taken als Expeditie medewerker zijn:
    • Containerplanning en administratief verwerken van inkomende goederen (Welke container wordt waar en wanneer gelost). Boeken van goederen in het AX (het ERP systeem waarmee we werken).
    • Samen met de Customer service Manager en Warehousemanager stem je de wekelijkse outbound planning af.
    • Het administratief verwerken van uitgaande goederen (Facturen, pakbonnen maken)
    • Schakelen met verschillende afdelingen waaronder Warehouse (operations) en CS
    •  Valideren van ontvangen facturen van transporteurs
    • Op aanvraag maak je overzichten

    Wat breng je mee als Expeditie medewerker?
    • Je hebt HBO+ werk en denkniveau en hebt een relevante opleiding afgerond op minimaal HBO niveau;
    • Je hebt tenminste 2 jaar (stage)ervaring als Expeditie medewerker

    Junior Product Data Specialist (PL)

    NRF is looking for a new colleague!!
    NRF is a manufacturer of heat exchange products for automotive, marine and industrial applications, distributing cooling and a/c parts globally with a focus on the European and US aftermarket. NRF employs 400 people, has a turnover exceeding 90Mln Euro and is owned by the significantly larger Banco Holding, listed on the Indian stock exchange.
    The aftermarket is a demanding environment in terms of product data. Each product on offer needs to be marketed with detailed application and product data. This data needs to be maintained in both internal and external databases, such as TecDoc and NRF’s own product database.
    NRF Poland located in Gdansk harbor is one of NRF’s largest aftermarket operations, including a 10 000m2 warehouse and central functions such as Product Data Management. The product data management team will be expanded with a Junior Product Data specialist, to develop and maintain NRF’s product data.

    HR Specialist (PL)

    Since our team in Gdańsk is growing, we are looking for a HR Specialist who will provide support to employees in various topics, such as compensation, leavers, etc. In this role you will resolve any HR related issues or problems that come up. Furthermore you will develop and implement HR policies for our location in Gdansk, that currently consists of around 40 employees.

    Your core responsibilities as a HR Specialist:
    • assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes and to conduct employee onboarding
    • cooperating with external payroll provider on payroll delivery and salary payments to employees and contractors
    • collecting and delivering all necessary payroll data to external payroll provider
    • reviewing payroll lists
