Procurement Administrator (PL)

Location: Gdańsk

Fulltime – Maternity cover, Gdańsk, Poland

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can demonstrate experience of working in a procurement environment, has attention to detail, can communicate effectively and build relationships with colleagues. You will need to be able to work on your own initiative within defined policies and procedures and be able to develop excellent working relationships with people at all grades.

You will be supporting the purchasing and procurement activity through appropriate monitoring of order book execution, securing on time deliveries and cointainers inbound volume control in line with warehouse capacity.
This post will also provide line support for the Customer Service Teams in terms of expected inventory delivery dates.

What are you going to do?
• Assist planning by performing various administrative tasks;
• Update purchase order confirmation date;
• Secure availability by active suppliers chase to ensure timely receupt of purchased materials;
• Control inbound containers in line with warehouse capacity;
• Maintain purchase/logistics data in AX Dynamics (ASN);
• Monitor delivery performance and delays;
• Rate vendors on performance;
• Perform/execute various reports related to open orders and supplier performance;
• Participate in various procurement projects.

What do you bring?
• Ability to relate operational execution of task by securing goals and objectives;

Product Manager (PL)

Location: Gdańsk

Fulltime, Gdańsk, Poland

NRF is a manufacturer of heat exchange products for automotive, marine and industrial applications, distributing cooling and a/c parts globally with a focus on the European and US aftermarket. NRF employs 400 people, has a turnover exceeding 90Mln Euro and is owned by the significantly larger Banco Holding, listed on the Indian stock exchange.

NRF Poland located in Gdansk is one of NRF’s largest aftermarket operations, including almost 7000m2 warehouse and central functions such as product data management. The product data management team will be expanded with a Product Manager, to expand and maintain NRF’s product data.

Job description
The Product Manager supports product development and sourcing  and reports to the head of product management. The job involves all activities related with NRF product catalogue and ensure that it’s customer’s requirements. The Product manager closely collaborates with all colleagues from the Product Management team and Product Data Specialist also with the purchasing and product validation department. He reports to the head of the product team.

Main tasks:
• Initiate sourcing or development of product at supplier together with purchasing;
• Crossing (Xref) of the NRF offer in relation to global competition and OE products;
• Analysis of the product portfolio, including suggestions for withdrawing non-rotating products and introducing new ones to the offer;
• Cooperation with the sales department and customer service department in the field of product information;
• Contact with customers / suppliers in the field of technical product issues
• Introduction of solutions that improve the operation of corporate processes in the field of database management and product lifecycle
• Participation in global company projects in the field of product management;
• Support sales during customer visits several times a year.

Requirements
• You have good communication skills and a strong problem-solving ability. You dare to question things, as well as think and act quickly;
• Technical and/or commercial educational background;
• Minimum 5 years product management experience in either automotive or off highway aftermarket;
• Being familiar with electrical /electronic auto-parts would be an advantage;
• Speaks and writes English fluently;
• Have great “public speaking” skills;
• Analytical but pragmatic;
• Team Player;
• Lives within reasonable commuting distance from Gdansk, or is ready to move.

International Customer Service Manager (NL)

Are you a proactive and motivational team leader in customer service with an interest in developing people? Do you want to take our customer service team to a higher level and contribute to the development of our dynamic and international organization? Then we are looking for you!

In order to continue to serve our growing number of customers, we are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Manager to supervise our Customer Service team and improve processes and coorporation with other departments in the company. In this role you will be responsible for providing direction to the day-to-day activities of the Customer Service employees, which are focused on identifying and meeting international customer needs. After an introduction period you will be the expert in handling request  related to orders, supply chain and customer satisfaction. Your core responsibilities:

You have the skills to mentor, develop and coach team members to achieve performance expectations. In addition, you are able to deal with pressure and to manage tasks and projects until completion. Furthermore you:
• have a bachelor degree or equivalent ability
• have proven leadership experience in customer service
• have an affinity with technical products and good competence in data analysis

We are looking for an ambitious and driven Quality Engineer in Gdansk, Poland.

Job description
As a Quality Engineer you are involved in all processes and watch over the product quality. You will perform random inspections on incoming goods, on own produced items as well performing final inspections before the products leaves the factory towards our customer. You will work closely with our Process Engineer and production employees to ensure high product quality. You constantly think in solutions and initiate improvements to improve the product quality. In the case of complex, structural improvements, you set up a project team in which you participate intensively or lead. Furthermore, you participate in international cross-factory teams related to new processes. Next to quality, you keep an eye on Health, Safety and Environment matters.

What are your responsibilities?
• You inspect and approve incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurements tests, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials;
• You inspect in-process production by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, returning products for re-work, and confirming re-work;
• You approve finished products by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, returning products for re-work, and confirming re-work;
• You document inspection results by completing reports and logs, summarise re-work and waste, and inputs data into quality database;
• You keep measurement equipment operating by following operation instructions and calibration requirements, and calling for repairs;
• You maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, and complying with legal regulations;
• You update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading technical publications;
• You accomplish quality and organization mission by completing related results as needed;
• You execute Safety audits and audits as per ISO9001 and ISO14001.

What do we ask for?
• You have good communication skills and a strong problem-solving ability. You dare to question things, as well as think and act quickly;
• You have comparable work experience in a production environment;
• You have a bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering;
• You have a good written and verbal communication skills;
• You have experience in problem solving methods (8D, A3, etc.);
• You have experience in PPAP and FMEA;
• You pay attention to detail;
• You present analytical and documentation skills;
• You have experience in welding (preferably aluminium);
• You present reporting skills;
• You have min 3 years of experience in Quality Management standards: ISO9001; ISO14001;
