    You will be part of the European sales organization and you will be directly supported by the local customer service & distribution center. You develop, together with the European sales team, the customer portfolio and strategy. You will collaborate closely with the international team and report to the regional Sales Director. Together with our Marketing department you will be also supporting our local sales campaigns.

     

    Our requirements:

    • Good knowledge of the Polish and automotive aftermarket on regional and national level is a must;
    • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position working for the international aftermarket supplier/automotive distributor as an account manager or in product management;
    • Technical background in automotive – we want a person who already touched the automotive market to allow to employee to work independently from the very beginning;
    • You must bring a high level of enthusiasm, energy and desire to be successful – that attitude is crucial to achieve great results;
    • Data oriented sales approach;
    • Comfortable hunting new business;

    Verantwoordelijkheden

    Quality Engineer (NL)

    For our production plant in the Netherlands we are searching for a Quality Engineer

    Quality Engineer
    Fulltime, Mill (Nijmegen)

    Since 1927 NRF is a leading manufacturer and supplier of cooling products for the automotive, marine, railway and industrial sector. NRF is traditionally known for the production of radiators, but has grown into a supplier of a complete range of engine cooling and air conditioning components.

    To strengthen our Quality department, we are looking for a Quality Engineer who fulfills a proactive and advisory role. Together with your international team you ensure that the quality within the organization is raised to a higher level. As Quality Engineer you deal with the handling and coordination of quality deviations. You make proposals for improvement regarding the assurance and continuous improvement of the quality and you are also responsible for implementing these proposals.

    NRF is ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified. Due to having 3 locations based in Poland (Gdansk), Spain (Granada) and Netherlands (Mill) the main purpose is to implement an integrated QSE Management System. NRF is re-structuring, improving and standardizing procedures and processes across 3 sites. Your role will be taking part of the standardization process and leading quality in Mill site to make sure that the site meets international QSE standards, customer and other external parties requirements. To make sure that employees are aware about those requirements and follow it.

    As a Quality Engineer you:
    • Carry out QSE Internal Audits and assist during external/3rd party audits
    • Maintain Customer Complaint processes and take part of root cause investigation
    • Implement corrective and preventative actions
    • Maintain Equipment Calibration process
    • Communicate internally QSE KPIs
    • Manage suppliers NC process
    • Update work instructions and other procedures
    • Carry out day to day inspection of semi-finished and finished products (FARO ARM inspection, traditional inspection)
    • Prepare quality and PPAP documentation for deliveries of finished good products
    • Take part of new products (projects) implementations

    In this role you report to the QHSE Manager based in Gdansk, Poland, and you work closely with the Plant Manager in Mill, Netherlands. You cooperate with the international team and with other departments to continually improve QSE processes and procedures.

    What do you bring as a Quality Engineer?
    • You have completed a bachelor degree preferred in a technical direction
    • You preferably have experience in a production environment
    • You have knowledge of MS Office (word, excel, power point)
    • Knowledge of quality methods such as 8D, FMEA and PPAP is an advantage
    • You have proficient knowledge of Dutch and English, both written and spoken

    Your mission
    As a Pricing Analyst you use mathematics and statistics to provide advice on pricing.

    Job description
    In this role you will compile and review internal and external data and leverage optimization tools to make informed pricing recommendations for NRF’s automotive segment. You will work closely with our Business Operations and Sales Departments spread over our locations in Europe, to confirm pricing strategies and determine efficient prices in order to achieve strategic objectives. This means you will:

    • Develop mechanisms and gathering information to effectively monitor pricing cells
    • Leverage quantitative models for guidance in developing business pricing strategies to support revenue projections
    • Prepare and present pricing analysis and recommendations to the Management Team and the Sales Team
    • Prepare and review required business reports
    • Understand and comprehend competitive environment and other drivers of economics to optimize returns
    • Work with other departments to find opportunities to grow business and maximize profitability
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives.

    In this role you will liaise closely with the CFO based in the Netherlands and report to the Pricing & Business Intelligence Manager, based in Gdańsk, Poland.

    What do you bring as a Pricing Analyst?
    In order to be successful in this role, you must have an understanding of the mechanism of price elasticity of demand. Furthermore it requires you to work well under pressure, meaning you will be able to manage time effectively in an active, fast-paced environment with multiple demands, shifting priorities and deadlines. By your integrity you use discretion and maintain firm’s privacy and client confidentiality. All of this is supported by your professional demeanor with great analytical and interpersonal skills. The following are things we would really like to see on your resume:

    • You have 3-5 years of experience in similar position and aftermarket experience  (may also be from distribution)
    • You have completed a bachelor degree or a master degree
    • You are proficient in Microsoft Office and excellent in Excel
    • You have proficient English language skills, both written and spoken.
    • Knowledge of Power BI will be an advantage.

    What are You going to do?

    – work in the reporting system using the following tools: MS Power BI, Power Pivot, Power Query;

    •  train the BI Team to ensure they have the skills to utilize future target technology as we move into cloud-based technologies;

    Junior Sales representative (UK / Northern Ireland)

    NRF is searching for a junior sales representative based in the United Kingdom.

    NRF is a leading O/E manufacturer and supplier of Industrial & Automotive Aftermarket thermal cooling products. NRF employs 400 people at 8 different locations in Europe and distributes products to customers in more than 80 countries worldwide.

    NRF UK-IRL is expanding operations in the Automotive Aftermarket sector. We supply and distribute a comprehensive range of engine cooling and air conditioning parts from our European Distribution Centre (EDC) in Milsbeek the Netherlands, direct to our exclusive distribution partner in the UK and Ireland serving both the passenger car and commercial vehicle segments. To further expand our presence in all segments NRF UK is recruiting a junior sales representative.

    What will you be doing?
    You will be working in our Automotive division where you can find and cultivate new business opportunities and facilitate growth within a very strong base of existing accounts. You will be part of the sales organization and are directly supported by the customer service & distribution center in the Netherlands. You develop together with the European sales team the customer portfolio and strategy. You closely collaborate with the headquarter based category management and reports to the UK-IRL Sales Manager.

    Requirements
    High School diploma required, degree preferred.
    • A minimum of 3 years customer facing automotive experience, preferred vehicle technician.
    • Data orientated sales approach.
    • Comfortable hunting new business and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
