    Customer Service Medewerker  – 3 fte
    Voor onze locatie in Milsbeek zijn we op zoek naar 3 positieve Customer Service medewerkers ter aanvulling op ons team. Met jouw enthousiasme en positieve houding ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klant en je collega’s.  Jij weet als geen ander op een professionele manier in te spelen op de klantvraag en zet direct de juiste acties uit. Microsoft 365 en ERP-systemen kennen voor jou geen geheimen en als echte duizendpoot vind je het leuk veel afwisseling te hebben in je taken. Jij krijgt energie van het uitvoeren van data-analyses en tot op de bodem uitzoeken en oplossen van vraagstukken. Je schuwt geen lastig telefoongesprek en wisselt zonder problemen in je talen, namelijk Engels/Duits en Nederlands. Prioriteiten (bij)stellen doe je de hele dag door. Bij jou blijft er geen taak liggen zonder antwoord of terugkoppeling. Jij komt je gemaakte afspraken na, bent zeer secuur, helpt je collega’s bij drukte en draagt continu verbetervoorstellen aan om te groeien als Customer Service medewerker en als team.

    Wat ga je doen:

    • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het correct verwerken van orders;
    • Je maakt zelfstandig calculaties en offertes en volgt deze op;
    • Je coördineert de back orders van klanten en zorgt ervoor dat we de maand budgetten behalen;
    • Het afhandelen en coördineren van klachten en garanties;
    • Samenwerken met (internationale) collega’s om de beste service te verlenen;
    • Analyseren van data en het proactief inzetten van vervolgacties.


    Wat vragen wij?

    • Je bent communicatief sterk en resultaatgericht. Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal uitstekend zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Duitse taal is een pré;
    • Je bent positief ingesteld en in staat een tandje bij te zetten als het werk of jouw collega’s daarom vragen;
    • Je beschikt minimaal over MBO werk- en denkniveau en ervaring in een gelijke functie;
    • Het is een pre als je affiniteit of ervaring hebt met technische producten;
    • Je bent stressbestendig en kunt je in een dynamische omgeving goed focussen op je taken.
    • Je hebt uitstekende kennis van MS Office. Kennis van Microsoft AX is een pré.

    Freight Forwarder Specialist (PL)

    Location: Gdańsk

    NRF is a manufacturer of heat exchange products for automotive, marine and industrial applications, distributing cooling and a/c parts globally with a focus on the European and US aftermarket. NRF employs 400 people, has a turnover exceeding 90Mln Euro and is owned by the significantly larger Banco Holding, listed on the Indian stock exchange. NRF Poland located in Gdansk is one of NRF’s largest aftermarket operations, including almost 7000m2 warehouse and global functions such as Sales Team that will expand with a Pricing Analyst to maintain NRF’s pricing data.

    Job description
    You will provide freight forwarding expertise for a vertically integrated automotive aftermarket company. The successful candidate will be working with all regions (mainly Asia – Europe), handling imports and exports for ocean shipments, occasionally train and air. Duties entail, but not limited to, receiving notice of product allocation, securing bookings, monitoring movement and distributing documents that are 100% accurate.

    What are your areas of responsibilities?
    • Book export shipments with designated ocean carriers in a timely and a cost-effective manner;
    • Monitor dray carriers to load ocean containers in advance of port cuts;
    • Establish positive relationships with ocean carriers, dray carriers, warehouse operators and internal groups (D&P, CS, Logistics);
    • Handle rush train/air shipments on occasion;
    • Ensure export documentation is correct before sending out externally;
    • Track critical shipments to destination port;
    • Troubleshoots customer / agent questions and issues timely and provide a permanent solution to reoccurring problems;
    • Participate in contracts negotiations;
    • Maintain knowledge of international shipments to ensure Government, customer and company requirements are met;
    • Code, approve ocean invoices.

    What would the typical job accountabilities include?
    • Provide accurate booking confirmations within 24 hours after receipt of allocation notice;
    • Monitor containers are loaded on time to meet cut deadlines;
    • Send correct documentation to customer service, agents and customers with zero mistakes;
    • Answer emails with complete information and provide solutions: follow up, even if no update;
    • Demonstrated Microsoft Axapta knowledge a plus;
    • Pull a monthly forecast of exports for the next month to prepare for high/low activity;
    • Work closely with Asia’s sales rep and all agents with a positive “can do” attitude;
    • Demonstrate sensitivity to customer needs;
    • Track order activity and alert appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems;
    • Obtain a good understanding of incoterms;
    • Exhibit a thorough understanding of how to use AX most effectively. Understand the impact and interaction on other systems and users within the company.

    What do you bring?
    • Hold a business-related degree with 3 years’ experience in freight forwarding, working as part of a team (automotive aftermarket environment is a plus);
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office;
    • MS AX Dynamics experience is a plus;
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
    • Exceptional organizational skills: can effectively act with changing priorities;
    • Interpersonal skills: can effectively communicate across the board;
    • Think logically to provide answers to internal and external customers;
    • Can work in a fast-paced environment  where change and process improvement activities are the norm;
    • Trouble resolution: leadership skills and the ability to work with others to resolve internal customer complaints;
    • Time management and multitasking abilities: ability to prioritize the tasks and complete them on a timely manner;
    • Results oriented individual;
    • Self-motivated individual: high energy, hands-on, ability to work in a collaborative team oriented environment;
    • IT driven: ability to learn how to use proprietary software quickly.

    Job description
    The Pricing Analyst will compile and review internal and external data and leverage optimization tools to make informed pricing recommendations for automotive segment. You will work closely with Business Operations and Sales Department to confirm pricing strategies and determine efficient prices in order to achieve strategic objectives.

    What are you going to do?
    • Develop mechanisms and gathering information to effectively monitor pricing cells;
    • Leverage quantitative models for guidance in developing business pricing strategies to support revenue projections;
    • Prepare and present pricing analysis and recommendations to Management Team and Sales Team;
    • Prepare and review required business reports;
    • Understand competitive environment and other drivers of economics to optimize returns;
    • Work with other departments to find opportunities to grow business and maximize profitability;
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives.

    What do you bring?
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position;
    • Understand a price elasticity of demand mechanism;
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office;
    • Proficient English language skills;
    • You work well under pressure: able to manage time effectively in an active, fast-paced environment with multiple demands, shifting priorities and deadlines;
    • Use discretion and maintain firm’s privacy and client confidentiality;
    • Professional demeanor with great analytical and interpersonal skills;
    • Knowledge of Power BI will be an advantage.
