Inside Sales Specialist

Standort: Mill / Netherlands

Wat ga je doen?
Om ons groeiend aantal klanten te kunnen blijven bedienen zijn wij op zoek naar een Inside Sales Specialist die verantwoordelijk is voor klanten binnen de rail- en industriesector. Als teamlid van de afdeling Inside Sales werk je aan het realiseren van gestelde verkooptargets en ben je verantwoordelijk voor verkoopprojecten. Deze ordertrajecten kunnen variëren in looptijd van een week tot meerdere maanden. Op basis van de klantvraag bepaal je de haalbaarheid van een project door het maken van een risicoanalyse (commercieel en technisch). Ook ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en beoordelen van contracten op bepaalde punten. Daarnaast houd je je in samenwerking met de afdeling Engineering, Operations en Inkoop bezig met het vertalen van klantwensen in een commerciële aanbieding. Adviseren over producten en het onderhouden van contact met klanten zijn onderdeel van je takenpakket. Ook draag je zorg voor een correcte aftersales en bied je ondersteuning aan de Sales Managers. Je vertegenwoordigt NRF tijdens (internationale) beurzen en bent bereid af en toe klanten te bezoeken. Op maandelijkse basis rapporteer je aan de Manager Inside Sales over uitgebrachte offertes, de hitrate en gerealiseerde omzet ten opzichte van het budget. Het verder verbeteren van deze rapportagestructuur behoort ook tot jouw uitdagingen.

Dit zoeken wij:
Uiteraard ben je iemand die commercieel is ingesteld en aandacht heeft voor de klant. Je zet graag een stapje extra en wil het beste uit jezelf halen. Je ziet uitdagingen, neemt daarin initiatief en denkt in kansen en mogelijkheden. Je beschikt over overtuigingskracht, kunt omgaan met tijdsdruk en je weet structuur aan te brengen in complexe taken. Verder:

• Beschik je over een bachelorsdiploma in commerciële richting;
• Heb je minimaal 2 jaar aantoonbare ervaring binnen een commerciële werkomgeving in de maakindustrie;
• Vind je het leuk om te adviseren over technische producten;
• Heb je kennis van MS Office, Microsoft Dynamics AX of andere ERP-systemen;
• Beheers je de Engelse en Duitse taal in woord en geschrift.

Sales Representative (CEE)

Do you have knowledge of the Central-Eastern Europe automotive aftermarket? Are you always seeking for new business opportunities? NRF is looking for a Sales Representative positioned in Romania, Hungary, Moldova, Ukraine or Bulgaria.

NRF is one of the market leaders when it comes to the design, production and distribution of aftermarket products in the field of heating, cooling and air-conditioning systems for cars, trucks and industrial applications. We are present all over the world with sales units in Spain, Italy, France, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland and the USA. We have 3 factories within Europe and we have production units in India as well.

From our local warehouse in Poland we offer and distribute a wide range of engine cooling and air conditioning parts, serving both the passenger car and commercial vehicle segments. Since we are expanding our automotive aftermarket business and would like to further expand our presence in all segments, we are recruiting an outside Sales Representative.

Job description
As a Sales Representative in our automotive division you will be responsible for finding and cultivating new business opportunities and facilitate growth within a very strong base of existing accounts. You will be part of the European sales organization and will be directly supported by the local customer service & distribution center. Together with the European sales team you will develop customer portfolio and strategy. The Sales Representative closely collaborates with the headquarter based category management and reports to the Regional Sales Director.

Your profile
• 
Good knowledge of the Central-Eastern Europe automotive aftermarket on regional and national level is a must;
• Minimum of 2 years outside sales or product management experience, preferably in the automotive aftermarket;
• High level of enthusiasm, energy and desire to be successful;
• Analytical but pragmatic and proactive person with a data oriented sales approach;
• Being comfortable hunting new business;
• Positioned in Romania, Hungary, Moldova, Ukraine or Bulgaria;
• Proficient in MS Office Outlook, Excel, Word;
• English (speaking and writing) is required, Romanian is a great asset and Hungarian or Russian is a bonus.

Application Engineer (NL)

Do you want to work in an international organization and use your technical know-how to create solutions for customers? Do you want to take initiative, seize opportunities and lead both short time and long term development projects?

NRF is looking for an Application Engineer who is responsible for the development of cooling units for the industrial European market. As an Application Engineer you will be part of NRF’s Industrial team working with Dutch, Spanish and India based engineers and sales, reporting to the Manager Engineering and Product Design. A general understanding of cooling technology itself as well as having the passion to find the best solution for our customers is a must have for this position. You determine the scope and realize the solution as finished product. In order to achieve your goals you will work with colleagues from Sales, Design and Operations. Your communication skills enable you to be a valuable contact partner for our customers to discuss topics on a technical base. Excellent project management skills and experience in product documentation are the base for our success.

Your profile
• Master’s degree in engineering, preferably thermodynamics or mechanical engineering;
• Minimum of 5 years experience in industry with a proven track record;
• The general understanding of product development and design processes in manufacture and service industry;
• Thorough understanding of the design of heat exchangers for single phase forced convection applications from first principles;
• Experience in mechanical design, e.g. manufacturing processes and design of pressure vessels. Being able to use mechanical design codes and interpret FEA stress analysis data is a plus;
• Understanding of heat exchanger manufacturing techniques, in particular welding, aluminium brazing, roller expansion is a big plus;
• Fluent in English and preferably in one other language, German or Dutch.

Validation Specialist (PL)

Job description
NRF is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated validation specialist who validates the output of current and new products. In this role you are responsible for validation analyses and capturing and reporting data. You have general automotive or mechanical knowledge, you know the ins and outs of the mechanism in a car. As a Validation Specialist you will:

• Capture the technical specifications of the products by measurements and tests;
• Capture your results in validations reports, that will be evaluated by the Category Management;
• Report your data and communicate internally with the concerned departments;
• Take pictures of the products for the online catalog;
• Notice deviations of the NRF products or the OE products;
• Determine if the validation analyses meets coverage guidelines;
• Report to the team leader Validation/Warranty.

Requirements
 Auto mechanic educational background or a degree in Automotive technic or equivalent;
• Minimum 1-2 years of technical automotive experience (this could also be wholesale or retail automotive experience);
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
• Proficient user of Outlook, Word and Excel applications and be comfortable with IT systems;
• Ability to be a self-starter and an independent work;
• Team oriented and results driven nature;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
