NRF EXPANDS PRODUCTION CAPACITY WITH NEW FACTORY OF 11,900 M² IN POLAND

NRF, a global leader in cooling systems for the rail, marine, industrial, and automotive market, is excited to announce the
opening of a new production facility in Panattoni Park Gdańsk West II, Poland. This strategic expansion is driven by NRF’s
commitment to meeting growing customer demand and enhancing production efficiency.

The new facility, located at ul. Magazynowa 40, 80-180 Jankowo Gdańskie, spans a total of 11,900 m². It includes an
aluminium production factory, office space, and additional space for warehouse operations and future projects. This
investment underscores NRF’s long-term vision of continuous innovation and sustainable growth in the rail and industrial
cooling systems sector.

With NRF Thermal Engineering experiencing rapid growth, this new factory will allow the company to keep pace with
increasing client demand while further improving service efficiency. The expansion also provides a more comfortable and
modern work environment for employees and integrates new investment to enhance product quality, streamline production
times, and optimize service delivery.

Sustainability is a key pillar in NRF. That is why the facility is designed with environmental responsibility in mind, featuring
solar panels installed on the roof to reduce its carbon footprint and enhance energy efficiency.

The new factory is scheduled to begin operations at the end of February 2026. NRF is committed to minimize disruptions
during the transition period taking place by second half of January 2026, also ensuring a smooth and efficient ramp-up period.
