The automotive aftermarket is a dynamic trading environment in which sales department has a great importance for our business success. For this reason NRF is hiring a Inside Business Developer.

Full Job Description

Together with the field sales organisation, the Inside Business Developer, grows NRF’s marketshare, increases customer satisfaction and builds brand awareness. As the Inside Business Developer, you will be assigned multiple customer groups that you, together with a colleague in the field, are responsible for. You ensure to have regular contact with the accounts to build a strong customer relationship and to actively boost sales. Furthermore you plan all account related activities including trainings and sales visits. If you are, detailed and organized, enjoy working with people, and a true sales tiger, this is the position for you!

Requirements:

 

  • Commercial edge,
  • Associates degree or two years of college strongly preferred;
  • Background in the Automotive sector preferred;
  • 1-3 years inside sales experience preferred;
  • Customer service experience preferred;
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  • Strong organisational and communication skills;
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask;
  • (Near) Native English skills, preferably spent some years in the UK.
