    Pricing Business Intelligence Manager (PL)

    Location: Gdańsk

    Are you looking for a new challenge where you can work independently on Business Intelligence Department within an international team?     NRF is a leading manufacturer and supplier of heat exchange products for automotive, marine and industrial applications, distributing cooling and air-conditioning parts globally with a focus on the European automotive aftermarket. The automotive aftermarket is a dynamic trading environment in which legal aspects is of great importance for our business success. For this reason NRF is hiring a Pricing Business Intelligence Manager.

    What are You going to do?

    •  Ownership of data throughout the organization from strategy through to implementation providing BI solutions;
    •  lead the design and migration of our data warehouses, creating BI dashboards ensuring standards/best practices are upheld;
    •  train the BI Team to ensure they have the skills to utilize future target technology as we move into cloud-based technologies;
    •  work closely with data teams across the organization to provide the end user reporting and analysis;
    •  managing Pricing Department;
    •  coordinate with the outsourced team to maintain the existing MS SQL estate and ensure database systems are monitored and always maintained.

    What do You bring?

    •  Strong experience within Business Intelligence at a development/software level;
    •  onfident user with Microsoft’s, BI and Power BI;
    •  strong knowledge with practices of Business Intelligence, and predictive analytics;
    •  good communication skills with the ability to share knowledge/information to both technical and non-technical staff;
    •  basic understanding of Agile Development concepts and a willingness to learn/develop;
    •  overarching passion for all things BI and Data.

    NRF Thermal Engineering Poland isa company based in Bodies offers and distributes a wide range of radiator parts from factory located in Będzieszyn, serving rail, industrial, automotive segments. To further expand industrial aftermarket business, NRF is looking for a Business Development Manager located in Poland (our factory is situated in Będzieszyn).

    Job description:

    As an Industrial  Business Development Manager in our industry division you are responsible for finding and cultivating new business opportunities and facilitate growth within a very strong base of existing accounts. You will be part of the European sales organization and you will be directly supported by the local customer service. You develop, together with the European sales team, the customer portfolio and strategy.

     

    Requirements:

    • Good knowledge of the Polish and Baltics radiator market on regional and national level is a must;
    • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position working for the international aftermarket supplier/automotive distributor as an account manager or in product management
    • Technical background in rail, industrial,automotive;
    • You must bring a high level of enthusiasm, energy and desire to be successful;
    • Data oriented sales approach;
    • Comfortable hunting new business;
    • Analytical but pragmatic, proactive person;
    • Proficient in MS Office Outlook, Excel and Word;
    • Open for traveling (driving licencecat. B)
    • Fluent English (speaking and writing).

    Full Job Description

    Together with the field sales organisation, the Inside Business Developer, grows NRF’s marketshare, increases customer satisfaction and builds brand awareness. As the Inside Business Developer, you will be assigned multiple customer groups that you, together with a colleague in the field, are responsible for. You ensure to have regular contact with the accounts to build a strong customer relationship and to actively boost sales. Furthermore you plan all account related activities including trainings and sales visits. If you are, detailed and organized, enjoy working with people, and a true sales tiger, this is the position for you!

    Requirements:

     

    • Commercial edge,
    • Associates degree or two years of college strongly preferred;
    • Background in the Automotive sector preferred;
    • 1-3 years inside sales experience preferred;
    • Customer service experience preferred;
    • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
    • Strong organisational and communication skills;
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask;
    • (Near) Native English skills, preferably spent some years in the UK.

    Junior Product Data Specialist (PL)

    Location: Gdańsk

    NRF is looking for a new colleague!!
    NRF is a manufacturer of heat exchange products for automotive, marine and industrial applications, distributing cooling and a/c parts globally with a focus on the European and US aftermarket. NRF employs 400 people, has a turnover exceeding 90Mln Euro and is owned by the significantly larger Banco Holding, listed on the Indian stock exchange.
    The aftermarket is a demanding environment in terms of product data. Each product on offer needs to be marketed with detailed application and product data. This data needs to be maintained in both internal and external databases, such as TecDoc and NRF’s own product database.
    NRF Poland located in Gdansk harbor is one of NRF’s largest aftermarket operations, including a 10 000m2 warehouse and central functions such as Product Data Management. The product data management team will be expanded with a Junior Product Data specialist, to develop and maintain NRF’s product data.

    Your responsibilities

    • FTP data update,
    • Support customers with FTP accounts,
    • Webshop photos upload,
    • TecDoc 360 upload,
    • CCU product differentiation attributes data upload,
    • Basic CCU reports,

    • reviewing payroll lists
    • ensuring timely and accurate payroll payments

    • preparing employee’s remuneration certificates on request
    • ensuring timely and accurately payments of payroll related contributions and taxex
    • administering employee benefits and be responsible for administering benefits 
    • providing support to employees in various HR related topics (such as compensation, leavers etc.) and resolve any issues or problems
    • ensuring employee records are properly maintained
